Torrequebrada golf course opened in 1976 and has hosted top tournaments including the 1979 Spanish Open

 

. Its very well manicured and the fairways are in particularly good condition. Water hazards come to play on 9 holes, and there are actually over 100 species of trees lining the fairways, with numerous strategic fairway bunkers.

 

Players will find the greens to be well guarded - a very challenging course!. Located 3 kilometres inland, Torrequebrada has stunning sea views and is very popular with visitors.
